Great for customers hard to reach
What do you like best?
it is great to use with customers that tend to not read e-mails or see their private site, so the only way of reaching them masively is with a robotic voice by phone
What do you dislike?
The voice is sometimes plain, specially when we want to say something that contains a car licence, it is sometimes confusing, apart from that everything is good
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
hard to reach clients, he benefit is that you can clarly say a long mesage that it may be hard to read in and e-mail for certain type of client
