What do you like best?

I think I like the simplicity and the help it gives for any problems i've had attempting to use this software. It's very simple, but even the simplest of things can be difficult haha

What do you dislike?

I think what I dislike is the way it's organized...at least for me, it can be a little confusing and can make a simple thing confusing and disorientating.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't over-complicate things, and make sure you understand what you want to use this program for, or you may end up confusing yourself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I think some of the buisness problems I'm solving is having a secure wireless network that i can monitor myself and keep all of my computers and software secure on the networks i use.
