What do you like best?

The app was really easy to use and get accustomed to. It was very convenient to be able to filter the reviews and issues for reporting purposes.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the app would create duplicates of the issues.

It is a way to save precious time by working with customer presented issues. Easy to use and manage, so even a novice can understand it.
