Easy software

What do you like best?

The system I used to work on was way more difficult to use compared to this system we have now. We are able to place a service call and find an account so much fast than our other system. The account and the details we are able to see on the customer summary page is great! We are able to find out so much in one area instead of having to go into several different sections. Tasks are simple to complete here. Billing is great! I honestly love to use this system for our service needs. The customer also likes how the invoices come to them and everything. It is very customizable to your company's needs. As long as you have good training modules to go by training someone to use this software is a breeze as well. I remember when we were coming out with the software and the communication with them was great. They are also always doing updates to better their software which is great!

What do you dislike?

Freezes up sometimes but not sure that is a software issue... it didn't happen with my other software so that is why I am stating it here.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are running a service department this system will work great for you. We are able to work billing, service calls, lease contract, service agreements, warranty all out of one system. It really is impressive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Right now we are working on introducing our lease side of our company into the same software as the service side of our company. I feel like they have great customer service and fast response times to questions.
