Their customer service is amazing, and as well they once that help you implement everything will be with you at all times. My experience was excellent. Weekly report on how everything is going, and if there is anything wrong they will help you fix it. They went above and beyond to help me and guide me. Also a training was provided to all administrators and agents using the system. Also the Single Sign on with Gsuite and the API with Blackbaud as well. Is excellent product, and their support is impeccable by email, phone just excellent. I spend a year reviewing between two companies and finally we made a decision.
