What do you like best?
The walk-throughs are simple and comprehensive, but the Help Desk is amazing. Seriously, the customer-service is off-the-charts.
What do you dislike?
I wish the map moved with the device movements so I don't have to be zoomed way out. I want it to play and have the map stay centered over the device the entire time.

Definitely go through the tutorials, they are super-helpful. And don't hesitate to email them, they will answer everything quickly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has made creating courtroom testimony so much simpler. I mean, I can create a map which actually shows what I am trying to explain, something that is crazy important when I'm explaining something so complicated.
