What do you like best?
I like the fact that you can efficiently map out a route of your territory and utilize your time in the best way possible. I also like the fact that we can use the check-in and check out a location not only to ensure that our reps are at a facility and working but if something were to happen we would have an idea of where they are located. I also like the response time of the customer support team anytime I have had any questions or problems they waste no time in responding back to me and they also always follow up on the issue to make sure it was resolved. It is a great tool and asset to our company for time management.
What do you dislike?
I dislike I cant directly like my mapped out the route to my google calendar but it easily fixed by just copying and pasting them on to there. I dislike sometimes the map doesn't like to load up with all the facilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering getting geopointe I would like about the time you would save planning out routes.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Eliminating passing up facilities when I'm in an area because I can see everything I will be near on my trip. We are also eliminating reps claiming to be at facilities for hours and not actually being at the facility because with the check-in feature and the ability to pull up exactly where they checked in from we can ensure they actually rent out the location and with the checkout, we can make sure they actually checked out at the facility they are claiming to me at,
