What do you like best?

My clients like the simplicity of going online and making their own appointments. And make the appointment online but also it's easy for me not to miss someone's call or voicemail knowing that they have the right information and they can make that appointment themselves. It made my appointment ledger still up faster with specials that I run. Thank you Genbook!

What do you dislike?

There's nothing that I could say I dislike

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I feel if I book my clients and as long as they have their information that they could go ahead and notify them when the appointment is due I think that would be great

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The time is divided better in my business and the benefits are I don't have to take town out of my day and book the client and they have a full range of times that they could look and see when I'm available
