Poor customer service without paying lots of $$$$

What do you like best?

It was fairly easily to use once the POS was set up.

What do you dislike?

How hard it was to pull reports and change POS screen buttons. It was so hard to create multiple function buttons that would prompt the POS staff to ask if they wanted to upgrade or change order.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is very expensive and hard to use. Their customer service is not the greatest. A lot of things you have to figure out on your own. If you are not tech savvy you have difficulties.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to streamline POS sales and make it easier for 16 year old staff to be trained. The touch screen and easy access.
