What do you like best?
Most helpful is the variety of reports I'm able to run using GADD/MHS. Reports usually run quickly.
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately I've had several instances where errors will pop up and help desk has to intervene.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use GADD daily and would not be able to get the data I need for my daily work without it.
