G-Suite Has Some Great Tools

What do you like best?

There are several areas that I like: (1) Setting up a Site for a specific business area or initiative where everyone can go; (2) Drive to share project folders and collaborate on docs and (3) Mail.

What do you dislike?

We still use word and PPT a lot - so putting docs that originate in Microsoft tools into Google tools messes up a lot of the formatting. We still do it to collaborate, but it's best to set it up in the Google format, edit content and then download and format to be 'pretty' on word or PPT. Wish the ingestion from Microsoft was less messy.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have been using the G-suite for several years and I like the tools that come with it. I used to use Outlook, but since I've been using G-Suite I can't really speak to what might be new in Outlook. Simply have adjusted to G-suite as it is a corporate tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is easier to set up a project folder for everyone to access instead of email information around for every update -- "Just go look in the drive." Also, that group collaboration on document content development can help get a lot accomplished in a meeting with everyone reading and editing the same doc.
