What do you like best?
The best thing is their support. They are always there to help and make things better.
Another good thing is the pricing. Very economical versus the competition out there. But that being said, there are a lot of downsides. See below. You get what you pay for
What do you dislike?
The application is laggy. Sometimes when I click on something it takes a while for it to load. Sometimes I think maybe the data got erased. The card setup for the change management portion is super not intuitive. I wish things could be shared with outsiders and have things partitioned so that just specific things that outside needs to see is visible.

Meh. Spend more money and get something better
