Advanced user of Fundraising Report CardFundraising report card is quick and easy to use. The initial data upload takes the longest, but once it is ready the stats are quickly there. You can see all the key metrics and even break them down by gift size, which is very helpful. You can also look at the metrics by donors or by dollars.
While you can break down the interactive graphs of each metric by gift size, the chart which shows the actual numbers of the metrics does not change, making it hard to tell the real number of the metric. It is also not easy to print or share the reports unless you can show someone on a computer. On most of the graphs, you have to hover over it to show the number, which doesn't print well.
They offer a free version to try, but I found it to be most powerful when I could analyize every donation made to my organization.
We started using Fundraising Report Card when we were down a staff member to help us quickly analyze data. It helps with making strategy decisions as we can easily see where we are trending, and metrics such as the lifetime value of our donors at different levels.
