Funding Gates has really helped decrease our outstanding AR

What do you like best?

Viewing activity chronologically - when I write a note / comment, I can view it within the context of the invoices sent and reminders sent. I like that I can assign customers to other co-workers, that I can schedule tasks and that I can add labels to customers.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was easier to edit the emails. It seems quite technical and harder than I would like. Would also like to see payments in account history.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time saved tracking down payments. Easy to view with all information right there!
