What do you like best?

The idea and the intent of frytap is really nice. It is trying to help solve a relevant problem to travel vendors by making a dedicated CRM.

What do you dislike?

Though we have signed up and use the product, there was some help we needed but got no response from the company.

It is a travel crm. It helps customers establish a relationship with their customers. Has useful features like instant emails, sms ets to help you close leads.
