Frostbite

What do you like best?

I love using frostbite on a regular basis. It's easy to use, is constantly being updated by our team and the Frostbite team, and turns out some great products. I have been using Frostbite for about 2 years now, and don't seem to get frustrated by it like I do sometimes with other engines. It has the ability to use controls similar to other packages, which streamlines the learning process.

What do you dislike?

As with any game development engine, stability when thousands of objects are on screen can be iffy. For the most part, this is constantly being updated to necessitate more and more assets as tech will allow, but in the moment it can be quite frustrating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are all as artists constantly pushing the envelope with our games. Frostbite is the greatest tool we have for creating great games for this generation of game system as well as PC.
