Freshstatus another Freshworks service perfect for manage a status page and incident management
What do you like best?
Freshstatus is another of the many Freshworks services that is particularly useful if you use other Freshworks services as it includes integrations with Freshdesk and Freshping. The service has all the basic features needed to manage a status page and incidents in his free plan. And add another premium features if you pay for superior plans.
The functionality that allows you to publish a web page with the status of the services and the possibility for customers to subscribe to a newsletter to be notified in case of updates is very convenient and interesting.
What do you dislike?
There aren't many integrations available.
Among the most useful is the one with Twitter, Freshdesk and Freshping, but there are no integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams.
The integration with Slack or Microsoft Team which would be particularly useful is missing but cooming soon.
An integration with Google G-Suite (Google Workspace) and the service included, like Google Chat is another integration i like to see.
Unlike other Freshworks services, there is no internal chat (Freshconnect) to communicate with your colleagues.
There is not even a support chat with assistance, but this could be related to the fact that I am using a free plan

manage a status page to view any disruptions due to incidents on our site and within our apps to inform our customers, but also internal management to report the various phases in the management of these incidents
