Advanced user of FreshDirectFreshDirect has helped me throughout times that it is difficult to get to the grocery store. Through their simple platform and wide range of products, I am easily able to purchase mass groceries in a simplistic click and add process. The food is mostly always arriving as expected and deals can be easily accessible through tabs clearly labeled.
FreshDirect does not always have the best times available and typically cannot order food for same day delivery. Sometimes hesitant to order food that is made by FreshDirect as I am unsure of its origins.
FreshDirect is a great option if you are prepared to trust others to pick out your grocery items. Ease of use is a great benefit and quickness of delivery is ok, if you have planned in advance! Especially easy if you are ordering for a company as there is no limit on amount you can order and fabulous for events.
FreshDirect does not always provide the freshest options. Many times, I have ordered a dairy product that had been molded. Contacting customer service with a photo of the food that had issues is quick and easy and they always provide a refund and typically a few extra dollars added to the account for the problem at hand.
