Does the job, but barely gets by

What do you like best?

Technical team on our account management is friendly and fairly helpful

What do you dislike?

The entire interface is clunky, slow or unresponsive often. It is made up of several widgets that don't always work together well. They are long overdue to getting away from using Flash and switching to HTML5.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Works well enough for what you're paying for. But could be a better value.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We stream live video of our educational courses for CPAs to recertify and though most of the time it does its job, it often freezes up or stops working altogether.
