GUI could be improved. Some commands only accessible from CLI.
Great solution for SMB and medical offices with PCI and HIPAA compliance in mind. Allows users to keep working even when segments of network are down. Provides easy VPN controller overlay for quick deployment. Users should note that some special configs are accessible from CLI only and not through the GUI. Stick with firmware that has been tested and avoid the initial release of any firmware update. The solution does integrate well with other fortinet products. We have used the SD-WAN with our firewalls, switches, wireless access points and fortianalyzer. Everything integrated easily during deployment.
VPN controller overlay allows for easy creation of VPN tunnels for new deployments/offices.
