What do you dislike?
It is not a big deal, but the site kicks you to another portal, depending on what website you are selecting. That would be the only thing I would change, as redirects me to different links.

I enjoy using this site, as I can purchase different services or gift cards from other websites. It is very friendly usage.
Anyone in the organization can use Fond. Your position does not make any difference when you use the platform. Also, it is an excellent way for managers to incentivize their employees with cash. We use it pretty often in our organization, at least once a week; It is very cool!
