Simple

What do you like best?

It is very easy to use. Add contacts and put information into the calendar to send notifications on timelines to buyer, seller, coordinators, title, etc.

What do you dislike?

The cost is prohibitive for something that, while nice to have, is really not necessary. Google Calendar does the same thing and at no cost.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy to use, but an added expense for a basic online calendar.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There are no problems resolved. Really just a notification of a timeline that is in a contract. Most agents are very aware of the timeline so notifications are not needed.
