What do you like best?
I've not ever actually used them, because their recruiting is so off the mark.
What do you dislike?
I have to say that the recruitment emails I've seen from FlashRecruit are all over the map. I mean, one individual was recruited for "Shift Lead at a Restaurant" and "Ab Initio Developer" and "Digital Product Strategist" and "Product Support Lead".
I would have to say I have little faith in the ability of a recruiter who can't target candidates any better than that.
