OKR has never been easier to manage track & record using Fitbots platform
What do you like best?
Fitbots makes it easy for us to effectively manage OKRs, which allows my teams to work seamlessly.
Some of my favorite features would be
- OKR writing assistant ( Has made us ponder on making the whole OKR exercise more focused)
- OKR Linkage ( Beautifully shows all the dependant OKRs and also helps in understanding how the KRs are derived from the organizational KR)
- Notifications (Updates are quickly notified to the team in a channel or, in my case, in my email, which makes it easier for me to keep track)
Another reason to choose Fitbots is the expertise they bring along with the software, the OKR coaching session by their expert coaches brings a clear picture of how and what you're about to execute. Teams can journal their feedback and conversations in a cool check-ins feature.
What do you dislike?
Nothing as of now; we have successfully run our past OKRs using Firbots, and didn't face any problems as such.

Managing remote working teams has been relatively easy after getting onto Fitbots. . The alignment towards outcomes has increased more than the outputs. Fitbots also gives immense clarity to teams, who manage their tasks better by aligning them to outcomes that matter most.
