Advanced user of Firefox Developer ToolsYou can use it for what you want to change on a website css and you can understands to result of changing code. Every changes applies runtime. Also there are network analysis, javascript consol and performance logger.
There is nothing that i dislike. I like to use firefox developer tools.
You can also use Chrome tools but i think firefox tools are easier to using.
There may sometimes be problems while you are developing web ux. With firefox developer tools you can analize code, make changes and see if it works or not at runtime.
