Great time saving tool for collaboration and approvals
What do you like best?
Super easy for our customers to figure out how to comment and approve work. We tried several otbers and their invitaion and instrucion process for the customer was not as simple. It doesn't matter what great features a platform has on the back-end, if your customers can't figure out how to use it then its usesless. This is a great way to get feedbak on documents, photos, emails... anything that can be turned into a document.
What do you dislike?
Only thing I dislike is geting web/landing pages into Filestage takes work. You need to use some other third party tool to capture your web page as a pdf or jpeg and them upload it manually. I understand that an upgrade is coming to make loading web pages faster and easier. For PDF, imgages etc its a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There have need lots of collaboration tools appearing lately but Filestage seems to check off all the boxes for us at reasonable price point.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a way to collaborate internally and get commttee feedback from our clients with an explicit "Done" or "approved" or detailed changes. Filestage is a great tool for managing multiple projects with multiple clients or internal review.
