What do you like best?

The software is one of the only fully customizable claims applications that I have used giving the DB Admin the ability to be able to create their own dashboards, reports, and user interface all while maintaining a relational database. The Support team is exceptional, they really work with the client to ensure they are getting what they need out of the product and always very responsive to any issues that arise.

What do you dislike?

The core product could be more tailored to the end-user, the base product requires a great deal of customization to get it where we want it to be.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work out your vision for the product before you enter the design phase, this will help reduce costs and make sure your out of the box product is up to your expectations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Data capture and output are crucial to our claims handling model and we have been very pleased to be able to not only enter any data that we want to track but also have the ability to extract it in a useful way. We have also been able to automate processes allowing the workforce to focus on other areas.
