What do you like best?

Smart Suite has provided us the ability to actualize our travel needs whether inbound or outbound by allowing the travel management team to track & find tickets best suited in terms of pay rates as well as availability. It also gives us the advantage in finding great rates for stay (hotels) using its smart rate module.

What do you dislike?

The interface of the program and its usability in terms of friendliness can be improved to increase output efficiency for search results for travel, stays or rentals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The travel needs for us have always been incomprehensible in nature and very fluctuating in requirements. To actualize them was a big challenge which FCM smartSUITE program solved for us. It has also enabled us to increase our travel efficiency thus in turn improving productivity.
