We paid 5 times the normal monthly rate we were accustomed. We paid for 3 months in advance and we only got TWO drivers. $7300 for two drivers, that's $3650 per driver. We normally get 2 drivers a month for $500 or $250/driver. They couldn't even offer me an extra month for free to try and get more drivers.
Considering our level of concern, it would have seemed like a no-brainer to offer free advertising for an additional couple of months. They refused to even provide one month of free service. To me that might indicate that they are in financial trouble, but that is just an assumption.
We were trying to solve our problem of finding more drivers. We only realized losing about $6800 dollars using this service.
