Advanced user of FastVisaI love the simplicity and time-saving nature of this software. I have used many different immigration software and non-compare to FastVisa. It has lots of great tools, and staff finds it easy to use. They have excellent customer support and training.
Setting up intake questionnaires and procedures (workflow) takes a bit of effort to figure out at the beginning. The staff helped me to navigate processes easier. Also, it would be great to have email integration. They're working on this, however.
I like it because I can customize intakes and reports. Unlimited storage and cases are a real plus. Client portal is user-friendly.
