Their customer support team are very nice and friendly, they respond to your questions in real time. You are offered with a free version which is mobile and computer enabled.
Though the customer support is friendly, they are available only during business hours not 24/7. The software too had few features as compared to other softwares in the market with same roles there an update is required to incorporate such features
