What do you like best?
The accessibility and ease of use. The can be exported and is easy to produce. The whole team can login on their own with their own credentials for added security. If someone needs a piece of equipment, we can track and report out on where all items are at any time.
What do you dislike?
I cannot use it for more than inventory like time cards or time management. The cost is above what we would typically budget. Demos and offers for direct engagement are only offered during the trial or initial use of the system. The team is less engaged after that point.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to track which country and location our items are in at any time. It is helping manage our assets by type, vendor, and value all in one place. Other applications did not offer the total package so this can be access from any internet login and we can see all equipment new and old. Billing is seamless and we use automated payments so we do not lose access at any time.
