Nice app for tracking and monitoring expenses, as well as controlling and annotate budgets
What do you like best?
I like the way its expenses analysis are performed automatically. In fact, it works best for large scale organisations, as you can make or configure different forms for each department to use in documenting their expenses.
What do you dislike?
As the name implies, there is first an expense before it can work. Expense@Work does not have a trial version! So upon signing up, you are to choose a package, and that doesn't make sense at all. Plus the one-time fee of $20,000 is jaw dropping!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although the price might be a bit discouraging, I feel it is worth every dime. Unless you prefer hiring the services of an auditor yearly to monitor spendings, after which funds unaccounted for can not be recovered, I suggest you go for it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Since we have been using the app, every dime spent from the company is accounted for, so it has helped curb inexplicable expenses. We are able to monitor spendings from both our dollar account and naira account, with equal proficiency.
