What do you like best?

Best ever solution for online payments and invoices. Very simpler in use that mean it's a user friendly software to enjoy. For small businesses it is an ideal platform to work and excel in their accounting. Here you can do multiple tasks on it like time tracking, invoicing, project management, expense management, estimates, and reporting also. So, all in one and very easy to use software is here for small business owners.

What do you dislike?

The major con is of non-availability of IOS App. This disappoints me because I am unable to send invoices through IOS. There is also a new layout that is not much appealing and confusing a bit. Their customer support is also another bad thing about Cloudbook.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Without any doubts best invoicing software for the small businesses. I think this is not only a software but solution for invoicing problem and client management. As it is cloud based software, so you can access it from anywhere. If you are owing a small business and doing paper work for handling accounts and customer data then you are wasting your time. As Cloudbooks reduced papereork and made your work easy. As you can also organize customer data here.
