What do you like best?
I'm a new user of Exclaimer Cloud and so far have found the learning curve to be pretty easy. I guess the level of difficulty will depend on how complex your requirements are, e.g. setting up a simple signature that's standard across your organisation, or more complex signatures and rules that determine how they're applied. Being able to deploy changes to email signatures to the entire organisation from a central dashboard is a huge time saver. Another major benefit is you're not relying on users to select the correct signature. It's a simple process to set up a free 14-day trial and the cost is less than a cup of coffee per user per month. I had to contact Exclaimer support on one occasion and was impressed with the service I received.
What do you dislike?
I've yet to encounter any issues with Exclaimer Cloud. It might be a different story with the on-premises product, but I haven't used that. There's a bit of extra work involved if you want to use custom attributes from Active Directory. It's not a dislike as such, but make sure you read the Exclaimer knowledge base article titled 'How to ensure emails are routed to Exclaimer Cloud before being routed to third party security solutions' if you're using a third-party email filtering service with Office 365.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I didn't even consider any alternatives to Exclaimer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The two main reasons you'd use a product like Exclaimer are consistent company branding and making signature management a painless task. It's especially useful for replacing the default signature on mobile devices.
