What do you like best?

Using DiSC allows my clients to quickly have a clear understand of the communication style - without any judgment of one being better or worse than the other. The language and interfaces are user friendly so there is no heavy science or jargon. This is super useful so I don't lose my audience's interest so we can move to interpretation and application of the results. After 15 years, it is still my #1 go to for learning about communication styles.

What do you dislike?

I currently do not have any dislikes. The key in using DiSC is the inability of the professional to aptly, and with empathy, walk the end user through the use of the results.
