First experience with any litigation management platform; very impressed but took a while to master
What do you like best?
The ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently, as well as the ease and intuitiveness of the platform, particularly as it relates to document review. The hot/cold/warm feature is great. I also enjoy the data visualizer tool, the search term reports tool, and the storybuilder tool in particular. Finally, having your assignments right there on the home page is very helpful when you need to refer back and forth between different tools.
What do you dislike?
The sheer size/complexity can be overwhelming for a new user. More training options could be helpful, as could some sort of stripped down/standard version where users would only see the handful of functions that they needed access to at the time. Also, the way that the screen doesn't show all of your options and you have to scroll down endlessly can be quite frustrating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to familiarize yourself and get in-depth training!

I was assigned several document review projects through Everlaw and I found it to be the fastest I have ever worked due to the ease of highlighting, storybuilding, etc. The platform works in the way that you think it should, such that a new user like myself can figure it out over time. I was able to move through my assignments much faster than I have before, while not sacrificing any substantive quality.
In addition, I have been using Everlaw in conjunction with other AG's offices in other states, and our ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is strong because of the teamwork-oriented nature of the Everlaw platform.
