Integrates seamlessly with Trello making it perfect for remote freelance teams
What do you like best?
I like the integration with Trello where I can track time for myself and my team directly on our Trello tasks. I also like the report feature where I can see overviews for the month. Whenever we've needed support - the team has helped very fast and effectively.
I also like that we can add or remove team members on as needed basis.
What do you dislike?
Perhaps it's that I haven't found it yet but an automated monthly report, emailed to clients would be wonderful. Potentially an option to auto-generate a PayPal invoice based on time would also be great.
The time approval feature has caused some glitches for us in the past.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tracking my time as well as that of our freelance teams time.
Easily generating time reports and being able to track budget cap on Trello. After exploring many tools, we found this one to be the best.
