Clean payroll experience, rapid payment is a nice bonus.
What do you like best?
As the payroll administrator, I can get payments out easily and with minimal fuss. Our employees like that Everee allows us to pay out faster than our old provider. Customer service has been very responsive when I've had questions or needed help during onboarding. The interface is clean and intuitive, I'm able to figure out how to do what I need to without sitting through hours of training. Payroll clerks can easily update and adjust payruns as needed which has taken a lot of pressure off of me.
What do you dislike?
Some of the reporting is still in an early stage but Everee has been very responsive and made sure we've always had what we needed on time. I ran into a few errors during the onboarding process but I've been told that a new onboarding module is set to release shortly which will address the problems I ran into. Currently terminating an employee requires help from the Everee team, I understand this should be remedied in the next few weeks.

Speaking as a start-up executive it works fantastically for what we need.

Most payroll systems are cumbersome and difficult to administer, Everee has streamlined much of the experience and allowing employees faster pay cycles reduces requests for one-off pay cycles on my end.
The employee / payroll admin relationship has been healthier since implementing Everee, fewer requests for information or training due to Everee's intuitive and simple interface.
