Dynamic Mass Notification Software That's Easy to Use

What do you like best?

It is very easy to quickly get a notification to a select group or all teammates with just a few clicks In addition, you can manage scenario-based events and create templates. Everbridge also interacts with our HR Database, so we have up to date contact information for all of our teammates.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app (ManageBridge) is very basic and doesn't give a lot of options. In addition, status details are not alphabetized and basically useless. In addition, there are some settings and customizations that aren't available, which limits the software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider alternatives but Everbridge is a leader. They do try to upset you even when you are current customer. It is also pretty expensive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to quickly send any emergency issues to our field teams. In addition, we have been able to stand up COVID-19 check-ins for our teammates (temperature and symptom checks).
