What do you like best?
It allows for keeping track of all items in FH such as inventory, runs, call volume, personnel and many other aspects of daily work at the fire house.
What do you dislike?
It is at times not very user friendly at all. I have to make numerous calls to them to get tech support on items that I would normally be easy on other programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be ready to call them on numerous occasions for tech support. I will say that there is many times when I call they have to create a new query or report that they have not had and that takes some time. Covid 19 seems to have been a challenge for them with getting back to people on their requests. I do feel that the staff is very helpful and nice though.
