Before we had ESM contract management, all of our contracts were stored in the X:drive. Since we are a small school, most of the contracts were written by the vendors, so they were all named the name of our school, so we never knew which was which. We had a huge and useless spreadsheet. We never seemed to have copies of the fully executed documents. after we got the system up and running, all fo these problems went away.
