Always responsive and helpful if they don't fix it on the phone it's fixed overnight. We make suggestions and they implement them. We had a very problematic inventory that cost us, customers and hours of pain. After months of research and testing, this was the obvious solution. Syncs with accounting software like nothing else we tried. manufacturing assemblies are easy and work smoothly.

You won't find one better. Our last inventory software was difficult to recover data and generate full reports and made the transition difficult so the ability to leave Erpag and collect all data was important and this shows that they are confident in what they do.

What do you dislike?

Very little to complain about. Just wish we found this sooner

It's so smooth we barley realize the integration is happening all email and reports are available on google drive.
