What do you like best?

integration part, and interface after it was configured from Infor OS.

The opertunities for training the staff.

that we have both PRD and TRN environment, so we get test invoices into our test environment.

What do you dislike?

hard to get to the goal with 80% of all invoices not being touched.

with minor training of the optimization process, we are not able to see how this should be possible.

but we are in contact with ephesoft to get this aligned

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get scope in place first, before getting into configuration.

and then find a proper implementation partner that can help out.

and try to get fixed fee from start, optimization can take alot of hours

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Invoice scanning, hopefully in future we can optimize 80% of invoices to being processed automatic.

we are today not processing any invoices automatic.
