They’re automatically assigned a desk when they sign-in for the day, or they can select a different seat from the interactive map in the app.

Envoy Desks is designed to support flexibility, especially as capacity and social distancing guidelines are changing. Desks analytics can help optimize workplace layouts by reconfiguring unused space, ultimately reducing the workplace footprint and lowering real estate costs. Deluxe Using Desks and App to Book Hot Desks

What do you like best?

The simple use of the app to book hot desks and when staff are coming into the facility showing floorplan of the desk location in the building with analytics.

What do you dislike?

The app does not let you chose a desk in advance from the floor plan, also it does not show in the app the other user names who are to come into the same location on your booked schedule. Who be nice to know who else is visiting the location the same day as you have booked, it only shows numbers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

An all-in-one solution for visitors and staff to book desks and schedule workplace visits in the ever-changing hybrid way of working from home and office.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The current covid space restrictions means there has to be reduced staff numbers in the office so the desk function in envoy is helping control this with capacity limits and notifications of the amount expected onsite and the booking of desks.
