What do you like best?

This program offers a lot of great options for editing and importing data. The data checker helps match data obtained from an import file to fix any problems that are encountered. It can also compare incoming data to your regulatory limits, which I find to be a big plus.

What do you dislike?

The only real drawback I've noticed is that all the added features can perhaps be a bit overwhelming at first, however once you know all about how the program works, you can easily find what exactly you need to do.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Although I haven't really used this software very long, I have seen first hand how valuable it is for EDMS. It's very easy to use and the built in added options are a real plus.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All of the built in options save a lot of time, especially in terms of checking data (especially incoming data) as well as the option of creating labels for collecting field samples.
