What do you like best?

What I like about Envato Studio is that allows you to source freelance designers. It's a great option for project and gig-based staffing. The candidates are from all over the world so you can get competitive pricing. The interface and dashboard are extremely user friendly and the pricing is very prominent and upfront. Also, the search has many options and ways to sort/view through candidates and industries.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about Envato Studio is the depth of the portfolios and the vetting of them as well. I've seen various works/projects in candidate's portfolios which seem to have been taken from the internet and also a lot of the work is mockup's not necessarily real-world published work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems we are solving with Envato Studio is staffing for quick smaller projects that our internal team does not have the time to take on. It's also a lot quicker than traditional staffing methods.
