Advanced user of ENOVIA SmarTeamEasy to fetch the data we need. Stores different revisions of the same file and can be fetched whenever we want. Remembers all sorts of dates and links. It is a good thing to have all the information about the files created.
UI is a bit bland. Could be user friendly and fast. An inbuilt tutorial and more options to automate (a process that is frequently used to fetch certain kinds of data) are desired.
I mostly use it to open the files of a certain revision of a certain file. It has all sorts of data from created date to the user who created for all the revisions of all the files. It has several options to search for the file we want. We can get the data of the other files linked to the files we are modifying. overall it makes life easy when it comes to managing the data in a huge database.
