Lots of possibilities!

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to create and manage events - from invite to registration. Importing and exporting data is a breeze, and if you get stuck they have plenty of "how to" videos to walk you through. If you have the html experience to build and create templates for email, your possibilities for unique email campaigns are endless. If not, the standard templates are easy enough to pull off some great stuff. You can build all sorts of reports with "a universe of possibilities" as they call them. They always provide innovating ideas and create new tools to help keep your campaigns looking fresh.

What do you dislike?

I find when exporting reports there are a ton of useless fields that populate - without any title. So it's sometimes hard to distinguish what type of data you are looking at. "Mobile friendly" is sometimes not as friendly as I'd like. When emailing out mass emails, they appear different across varying platforms (gmail, yahoo and outlook). I wish we could embed the final email to appear the same - perhaps that is an issue with the varying platforms and not EN.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work with someone who will help you export your data... no matter what platform you use, the import template is important to get right!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Managing our donor database, communicating with our salients via email campaigns, processing payments , event planning.
