Increased employee engagement and creativity within the employee referral program. They are so good at helping us to run targeted campaigns to our workforce. We could never get these promotions out to my workforce as fast without them. Then it is so powerful to have analytics to track an ROI on the promotions that we are running. This allows us to run a data-driven referral program.
